Khusboo Tours Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing or via registered contact details.
- Cancellation charges:
- 7+ days before travel: 80% refund
- 3–7 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
2. Cancellation by Khusboo Tours
- In case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, safety issues), we may cancel the trip.
- Customers will receive a full refund or alternative option.
3. No Show Policy
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Amount will be credited via original payment method.
5. Changes in Itinerary
- Minor changes may occur due to operational reasons, but we will try to maintain the planned schedule.
6. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain bookings (special offers, last-minute deals) may be non-refundable.
